Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 - 6 once in every row, column and box.
Quads: Digits in circles must appear in a cell touching the circle.
Modified Arrows: Digits on an arrow must sum to a value shown in the attached quad circle. Digits may repeat on arrows if allowed by other rules.
If multiple arrows come from the same quad then each arrow must sum to a different value shown in that quad circle.

Interestingly, I also solved it without the quad rule for a while and it went very smoothly, so then I tried doing it again while keeping the quad rule in mind and it actually took slightly longer. I guess switching back and forth between rules distracted me a little. Nice puzzle!

Nice little puzzle, I initially started the solve without the quad rule and while I only got so far, it did me wonder whether two choice/multiple choice arrows would make an interesting constraint by itself.
RailMan: Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Multiple choice arrows could be interesting. I might try that is a future puzzle.
