Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The two digits on an arrow give the coordinates of a particular target cell somewhere in the grid. The digit on the arrow's shaft indicates the target cell's row, and the digit on the arrowhead indicates the target cell's column. The sum of the two digits should be placed into the target cell. No two arrows target the same cell.

Absolutely brilliant construction! So few arrows give such rich logic. Thanks Marty.

I loved how this variant immediately … addressed a large section of the grid. Fun puzzle! Thanks :)

Did this one first. Easier for me than differences. Had a laugh at final disambiguation. Nice puzzles, thanks!

Very nice, had a lot of fun! I would like to say though, I was a bit stuck at the beginning because I'm colorblind and mixed up which arrows were green and which were yellow. Perhaps if you do another one of these you could have another way to distinguish them?

Very fun! Watching the CtC solve video for the differences puzzle helped a lot with finding the break in here.

Two stars if you've worked out the differences version. Equally as good, thank you!

I love the constraint. Both puzzles were very fun. But in my opinion the Differences were more interesting than the Sums.

At first glance I couldn’t imagine how those yellow arrows would help me finding the path. Now I know! Thank you very much for creating and sharing another lovely puzzle gem.

Very nice complement to last week's Differences. Not too hard if you've done that one.

A really fun puzzle, I found it much easier to reason about than the prior differences puzzle, but that may just have been me getting better at remembering the column/row ordering of arrows :D

How are all of your puzzles this good?!

A worthy sequel, even better than the first one with more diverse and more dispersed arrows and yet a nice flow all throughout. Thanks for sharing.
