Normal Sudoku Rules Apply
Normal 4x4 Sudoku rules also apply inside the cut up diagonal 4x4 on the 9x9 grid. (Cells in the 4x4 are colored according to the reference on the bottom)
The digit in the center of each 2x2 box (on gray x's) equals two of the other four digits in the 2x2 added together.
Digits on Red lines are odd, Digits on blue lines are even.

Solution code: Add up all of the digits on red lines in row 1 and 2, then put the resulting number as the code.

Easier than it first appeared. The 4x4 basically solves itself, and the remaining puzzle isn't terribly tough, aside from actually seeing what I'm doing (the colors are a bit highly saturated)

Fixed solving readability issues by shifting the colors while still keeping it close to the color scheme. If numbers are still practically invisible for you, use highlighting.

Much easier than the rules made it seem.
But muting the colors of cells and lines would greatly improve readability during the solve. Use alpha values or increase brightness.
