Binary Bits

This puzzle is inspired by Bits and Arrows by Killer Joe. Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Arrows point to the 4-cell-wide binary value of the cell from where the arrow emerges, read in the arrows direction.
A binary value is a sequence of bits that are either on or off. In this puzzle, Odd digits represent bits that are 'OFF'(O) and Even digits represent bits that are 'ON'(E).
- 1 → OOOE
- 2 → OOEO
- 3 → OOEE
- 4 → OEOO
- 5 → OEOE
- 6 → OEEO
- 7 → OEEE
- 8 → EOOO
- 9 → EOOE

Nice puzzle. Took me a while to adjust since I'm so used to the bitclocks now but after a while it started flowing pretty good. Thanks for the reference to my original puzzle. Much appreciated.

Hmm, for some reason, it won't accept 525 (100001101) as the solution code :P
This was fun! With respect to Joe's puzzle, this was a lot easier to keep track of than circling clockwise around a square.
