Balancing Banshees

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Banshee cells:
There are 9 Banshee cells containing a set of the digits 1-9 and occurring once in each row, column, and box.
A Banshee cell saps its orthogonal neighbors.
A Banshee cell's value is modified +1 per sapped cell and a sapped cell's value is modified -1. (Note: Cells adjacent to multiple Banshees are decreased for each Banshee.)
Banshee sightings:
Cells with an arrow and a value of N point to a Banshee cell N cells away in that direction. (Note: These may not point to the closest Banshee and may be Banshee cells themselves.)
Palindromes:
Each gray line is a palindrome whose values are the same when reading from either direction.

Beautiful puzzle. I had to use a short chain toward the end but loved it still

Lovely, lovely puzzle. I really enjoyed it all the way through. And the relief when I have placed first Banshee-deduced digit after all Banshees were placed and it said "Looking good so far!" - indescribable. I really look forward to see more of your puzzles with Banshee constraint, very interesting. Thank you very much for sharing!
