Losing Luck

(Published yesterday, 20:35 by AParliamentofOwls)

Normal Sudoku Rules apply. Every row, column and marked region in the puzzle must contain the digits 1-9 exactly once.

Additional Rules:

Entropy Lines: any three consecutive digits on an orange line must include a low(123), middle(456), and high(789) digit.

Arrow: Digits on arrows sum to the number in the circle and may repeat if allowed by other rules.

Killer: Digits in cages sum to the number in the corner of the cage (if given) and can't repeat within a cage. The sums of blank cages must be deduced by the solver.

Modified Kropki: Digits with a white dot between them must be consecutive, those with black dots are in a 1:2 ratio. If the dots are between Killer Cages, they refer to the cage sums instead of the digits. For example, the sum of the cage that includes R2C3 is consecutive with the sum of the cage that includes R2C4. Not all dots are given.
