Normal sudoku rules apply.

Place one Row Sum Cell (RSC) and one Column Sum Cell (CSC) into every row, column, and 3x3 region such that no cell is simultaneously an RSC and a CSC. Each digit appears in an RSC and CSC exactly once.

Cell Values: The value of an RSC is the sum of digits (not values) in that row, from column 1 up to and including the cell itself. The value of a CSC is the sum of digits (not values) in that column, from row 1 up to and including the cell itself. The value of all other cells is the cell's digit.

Killer Cages: Values in a cage may repeat and must sum to the total in the top-left corner of the cage.

Region Sum Lines: 3x3 box borders separate the blue line into segments of equal value.

Kropki Dots: Cells separated by a black dot contain values where one value is double the other. Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive values. Not all dots are given.
