German Whispers: Numbers on green lines must be at least 5 apart from their neighbours on the line. Numbers may repeat on the line if other rules allow.
V rule: Cells connected by a V must sum to 5.
Lösungscode: Row 7, left to right.

I also stuck around that 15 minute mark. Feels like it would be a great introduction to German Whispers and the way you have to look for high and low digits.

I love a genuine 1 star puzzle, thank you. 14:59, which for me is about as fast as I can possibly solve a full 9x9.
