Third Order Logic

(Eingestellt am 26. Oktober 2025, 22:57 Uhr von Die Hard)

Rules

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits on a pink renban line form a consecutive set in any order. Box borders divide blue lines into regions of equal sums. Every three digit sequence on a teal modular line consists of one digit from each of the sets (1, 4, 7), (2, 5, 8), and (3, 6, 9). A digit on one side of a black kropki dot is double the digit on the other side. Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.

Really cool puzzle. It is one you can stare at for a long time making little progress but if you see the right thing it unlocks a really interesting puzzle which has depth and uses the clues beautifully. Everything works together through the solve.

Very neat and cleverly set puzzle! It's a consistent flow till the end for me too, but I really like how well it made use of the main results throughout :)

Great puzzle. Including my favourite type of modular lines - ignorable till they solve themselves. Thanks for setting

Sublime! I stared at the puzzle this morning in total wonder, gave up, noticed the title this afternoon and then suddenly understood what I was supposed to do. Really smooth and beautiful puzzle after the break-in. Thank you

Die Hard: I had hoped someone would get an ah-ha moment from the title, and I am glad it was you!

I found it very tricky and possibly would not have gotten there without some assistance. (Thank you, Calvinball!) But what a fantastic ride this has been! If you keep asking questions, the grid gives and gives and gives. Thank you for this wonderful construction, Die Hard!

Die Hard: I especially liked how the kropkis interacted with the various types of lines. I'm so glad you enjoyed it and thank you!
