- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Kropki Dots: A black dot between cells indicates cell values with a 2:1 ratio. A white dot between cells indicates cells with consecutive values. Not all dots are given.
- Purple Renban Lines: Digits on purple lines are a set of consecutive digits, without repeats, in any order.
- Green German Whispers Line: Consecutive digits on a green line must differ by a minimum of 5.
- Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum.
- Skyscrapers: Clues outside the grid count the number of cells seen inside the grid of its row or column. Each cell is a skyscraper of a height corresponding to its value and taller skyscrapers block sight of shorter ones.
- Dynamic Fog of War: Parts of the grid are covered in fog. Placing correct digits may clear some fog somewhere in the grid.

Cool puzzle, deserves a higher rating. Didn’t use the skyscraper clue below r9c7, bur could be an error on my solve path.

I would have preferred the conflict checker to work properly, or not at all. Showing some conflicts, but not all, gave my brain a headache or two.

It's a very nice puzzle, but I agree with VitP on it not being a 3* difficulty. I'd personally say 2*
