I doodled this fellow randomly to see if he even functioned, and it was my daughter "Little Splendor" who said he looked like a parrot. I think she's right!

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Dutch Whispers - neighboring digits on an orange Dutch Whisper line differ in value by at least 4.
- XV pairs - digits separated by V sum to 5; digits separated by X sum to 10. No negative constraint.
- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a 2:1 value ratio. No negative constraint.
