ARROWS - Values on an arrow sum to the attached circle or obround. Obrounds are read left to right or top down, and never start with zero.
HIT-COUNTS - The value of a clue outside the grid is the number of cells in the corresponding row or column whose digit matches its distance from the clue. (Example: if a row contained 923456781, the hit count from the left would be 7, and the hit count from the right would be 3).
