Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
Digits along Arrow lines sum to the number in the circled cells. Multi-cell numbers are read from left to right or top to bottom. Arrow lines are coloured to distinguish different arrows.
Digits in cells joined by an X sum to 10. Digits in cells joined by a V sum to 5.
Digits in cells joined by a white dot are consecutive.
Not all Xs, Vs or dots are necessarily given.

The long arrows look very intimidating, though it winds up being pretty simple.
I didn't realize at first that the blue pills are treated as individual digits for the yellow arrows, rather than as 2-digit numbers (e.g. if a blue sum was 37, it would be treated as a 3 and a 7 for a total of 10 by the yellow arrow, not as a 37). Luckily, it didn't take long to disambiguate.
