The difficulty is probably somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. I wish you joyful solving!
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply, i.e. each row, column, and 3×3 region has to contain the digits from 1 to 9 once each.
- Digits within a cage add up to the total in the corner and cannot repeat.
- Digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the attached circle.
