Binoxxo your position

Da ich auch regelmäßig mit Leidenschaft Binoxxos löse, kam mir irgendwann die Idee diese Rätselart mit Sudoku zu kombinieren. Durch die Positionssummen war eine enge Verknüpfung möglich und ich hoffe es gefällt euch!
SudokuPad
Regeln:
- Normale Sudoku-Regeln gelten.
- Das Raster ist von einer äußeren Zeile und Spalte umgeben, die dick umrandet sind. Zusammen ergibt sich ein 10×10-Raster.
- In dieser äußeren Schicht wird ein Binoxxo gespielt: Jede Zelle ist orange oder blau (anstatt X oder O).
- Keine drei gleichfarbigen Zellen stehen direkt hintereinander (weder waagerecht noch senkrecht).
- In jeder Zeile und Spalte kommen beide Farben gleich oft vor.
- Keine zwei Zeilen des Binoxxo-Bereichs sind identisch.
- Für jede innere Sudoku-Zeile bzw. -Spalte gilt:
- Die erste äußere Zelle (am Rand) gibt durch ihre Farbe an, welche inneren Zellen relevant sind.
- Die Ziffern A und B sind die Werte der ersten beiden inneren Zellen, die die gleiche Farbe wie die äußere Zelle haben.
- Wenn in der gefärbten äußeren Zeile oder Spalte ein Hinweis steht, gibt er die Summe A + B an.
- In der noch weiter außen liegenden Zeile bzw. Spalte gibt ein Hinweis die Summe der A-ten und B-ten Zelle dieser Reihe bzw. Spalte an.
- Weiße Kropk iPunkte verbinden benachbarte Ziffern.
Hier noch ein Beispiel Binoxxo (typischerweise benutzt man X und O):
Lösungscode: Alle blauen Zellen aus Spalte 1 (4 oder 5 Ziffern):

Thank you for the clarification and kind words. With this amendment in the ruleset, the puzzle is perfect and I highly recommend it. Absolutely brilliant.
This evening, before I noticed that you had answered, I happened to show this puzzle to my son, who is a fan of variant sudokus and quick to solve. We decided to see what would come out of it if we never compared the colour patterns of rows or columns and it worked fine with the remaining rules. We enjoyed it very much. A very attractive ruleset and rewarding solve path.

Thank you so much. I am very touched by your kind words. Your solution path is incredibly detailed and correct. It's my fault, I wrote the ruleset incorrectly. Yes, there are no two identical Binoxxo rows, but there can be multiple Binoxxo columns with the same colouring.
I'm sorry about that.
Everything up to step 20 is still correct and you should start from that point again. I hope you enjoy solving the rest of the puzzle and that I can give you back some of the joy you haven given me.

Thank you for this exciting puzzle. I really like the ruleset and enjoy learning how to solve the binoxxo. But I can't get past the clues for columm 7 in the sudoku, no matter how many times I've started over (it ends with a conflict). Could I ask you to take a look at my attempt (see link in hidden comments)? I'm sure you will quickly spot where I've misunderstood something, and then you could maybe refer to which step I should correct. The reason I'm asking this favor is partly that I would like to see your puzzle gaining more attention but maybe some improvements in the explanations would be needed for that.

I just registered to say that I really enjoyed this puzzle. Still, it drove me crazy til I realized... If you're stuck like me, just ignore 'identity' rule.

still haven't finished it because i'm terribly stuck but oh boy. this puzzle is insane. it took me 10 minutes to even understand the rules enough that i can somewhat intuitively follow them. don't get me wrong, it's really fun and interesting, but it's HARD.
