Box borders divide blue lines into segments with the same sum.
Pink lines contain a non-repeating consecutive sequence, in any order.
Digits in circles must appear in a cell touching the circle.

Phenomenal! Plenty of great, difficult but rewarding ideas to get through it. Felt like 3* but parts of it were 1-2*. Definitely took you on a journey...

I was so confused as I recognized the puzzle, but it shows as published today. Turns out CTC covered it late November.
Either way, a gem of a puzzle!
