Another old puzzle which I set several years ago but never published (until now)...

Rules:

• Normal Sudoku rules apply.


• Knighted cells:
  A cell is Knighted if it sees another cell with the same digit a Knight's move away.
  For each digit N, where N>1, there are exactly N Knighted cells containing the digit N.
  There are no Knighted cells containing the digit 1.


• Killer Cages:
  Digits cannot repeat in a cage.
  In this puzzle, no cage totals are given, but the each cage must contain the digit equal to the number of cells in the cage.


• White Dots:
  Cells on a white dot contain consecutive digits.
  Not all possible dots are given.
  In this puzzle, no two white dots can contain the same pair of digits.
