If the value N is in a cell with an arrow, the value N steps in the direction of the arrow must be consecutive with N.
2. X-Sums
Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply.
A value outside the grid is the sum of the first X digits in the row or column, from the direction of the clue, where X is the first digit seen.
3. Off by X
All previous rules apply.

Ha, love the usually-in-grid clues interacting with the out-of-grid numbers. Took me a bit to get the last handful of numbers, since I forgot how to add more than a couple of numbers at once.
