A Step Out of Line (with sujoyku)

Periodic Sums: A clue outside the grid indicates the sum of the first cell seen in its row or column and every Nth cell after, where N is the digit in the first cell. For example if r9c4 is a 3, then the digits in r9c4, r6c4, and r3c4 must sum to 10.
Region Sum Lines: Blue lines are divided by 3x3 box borders into segments with the same sum. (Different lines may have different sums.)

What a fun and interesting puzzle! There was one step in the middle that almost made me give up but I’m very glad i didn’t because it felt so good to find the clean logic to break through it. Honestly the entire rest of the puzzle felt like 1.5 difficulty to me but that difficult crux brought it all the way to 3

That was a very nice puzzle but it was very hard for me. Had to bifurcate a couple of times unfortunately. Thanks.
