This puzzle was created for Scojo's weekly setting prompt. This time The Pedalling Pianist invited folks to create their own addition to his Rank Up series of full rank 5x5 puzzles. Big thanks to MattYDdraig for testing! All feedback is appreciated, and thanks for playing!

Rules:

Sudoku:Each row and column of the 5x5 grid contains the digits 1-5 once each.

Mobius Grid: The grid is a mobius strip. The top row is adjacent to the bottom row, but it has been flipped so that r1c1 is next to r5c5, etc. This is represented by the coloring.

Arrows: The digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle.

Full Rank: Each row and column represents two five digit numbers, one when read forwards and the other when read backwards. A value in a cage represents the rank of the five digit number that begins with the cell on the other side of grid border from that cage, where the lowest rank is 1 and the highest rank is 20. If two or more ranks are tied, they share the lowest rank available to them. The two cell cage is a two digit number, where the top cell represents the tens digit and the bottom cell represents the unit digit.

Clues outside the grid are duplicates of the clues inside the grid, to help keep track of the twisted grid layout.
