The sum of the digits along a grey Double Arrow line is equal to the sum of the digits in the circles at the line ends.
Cells joined by an X sum to 10. Cells joined by a V sum to 5.
Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive.
Not all Xs, Vs or dots are given.

Just to confirm what I think is implied, if an arrow returns to a cell it has already visited the value of the digit in the cell gets added to the arrow total a second time?
