Dutch Flat Mates (First Hidden Skyscraper)

I am very excited to present my third contribution to the ongoing Dutch Flat Mate series, a weekly project started by Flinty on 18 Oct 23. You can check out the previous entries via this spreadsheet or this LMD search. This puzzle uses a higly underutilized constraint that's known as First Hidden Skyscraper. Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Dutch Flats: every 5 in the grid must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- First Hidden Skyscraper: digits in the grid represent skyscrapers of that height, with taller skyscrapers obscuring smaller ones. A clue outside the grid shows the first digit that cannot be seen from the clue's direction.

I can only agree. Really fun puzzle with a rule that got me very confused a few times.

As I had no experience with FHS this was quite tricky for me, but I really enjoyed the ride. Thank you very much for creating and sharing this lovely DFM-puzzle.

Very nice series episode. I needed a while to wrap my head around the constraint, but after the break-in the puzzle had a nice flow.
