Rules
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Antiking: cells that are a chess king's move away from one another may not contain the same digit.
- Adjacent cells on an orange Dutch whisper line must have a difference of at least 4.
- Box borders divide the blue region sum lines into segments with equal sums. Each region sum line may have different sums.
- Cells separated by an X sum to 10.
- Cells separated by a V sum to 5.
- Cells separated by a white Kropki dot are consecutive.

Very difficult. I was stymied and had to resort to extended trial and error. There's probably a better approach I couldn't find
