The Rules:
• Normal Sudoku Rules Apply
• Digits in cages must sum to the number in the corner of the cage, digits can not repeat in cages
• Digits in cells separated by a black dot must be in a 2:1 ratio, digits in cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive - not all dots are shown

It's a great puzzle. I was stuck for quite a while before getting that first digit - just need a bit of circular reasoning!
