Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply, i.e. each row, column, and 3x3 region has to contain the digits from 1 to 9 once each.
- German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line must have a difference of at least 5.
- Up to N-sums: A clue outside the Row or Column N indicates the sum of all digits up to the cell that contains the digit N. (The digit N itself is not included in the sum.)

Really great puzzle! I enjoyed finding out when each Up-to-N clue really had its time to shine! Lovely interactions with the GW lines as well!

i think that level 2 should mean "beginners (people new to the variant, but intermediate at basic sudoku) can do this without difficulty", level 2 should mean "beginners can do this, with effort", and level 3 should mean "theoretically possible for beginners to do, with considerable effort, and experts will start to be challenged".
so this would be a level 2. the point is that you need to apply the basic prescriptions of "up to n" puzzles, and work the basic sudoku, and it will come together. no x-wings, y-wings, b-wings, or tie fighters needed.

Thank you for sharing your perspective, VitP! I still think there are a few aspects of the solve path that are a little "above 2 stars". So overall, I think it is somewhere between 2 and 3.
