Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply.
N-E-SW path: Draw a directed path through the centers of some cells in the grid, starting in one blue circle and ending in the other. The path may move only orthogonally north (↑), orthogonally east (→), or diagonally southwest (↙), and it may not visit any cell more than once. The path must function both as an entropic line and as a region sum line. Every black dot in the grid must be crossed by the path. No cell adjacent to a white dot may be visited by the path.
Entropic line: Every set of three consecutive cells along the line must contain one low digit (1,2,3), one middle digit (4,5,6), and one high digit (7,8,9).
Region sum line: Box borders divide the line into segments, and all such segments must have the same sum.
Kropki dots: A white dot between two digits means they must be consecutive. A black dot between two digits means they must be in a ratio of 2. One of the dots contains an inequality sign pointing to the smaller digit.
