A Dark and Stormy Night

The wind howls outside as rain pelts your window. The only things illuminating the room are the intermittent flashes of lightning and part of the sudoku in front of you. Solve it to turn the lights back on!
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along a dark grey thermometer must strictly increase starting from the bulb end.
- A black dot in-between two cells indicates that those two cells must have digits in a 2:1 ratio. A white dot in-between two cells indicates that those two cells must have consecutive digits.
- Digits in a killer cage must sum to the value in the top left of the cage. Digits cannot repeat in a cage.
- The sum of the digits along a ‘double arrow’ line is equal to the sum of the digits in the circles at either end of the line.
- Adjacent digits on a dark green German Whispers line must have values at least 5 apart.
