Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are given.
Digits that are diagonally adjacent and in different regions must have a difference of 0 or 2. Eg. If R3C3 is a 6, then R2C2, R4C2 and R4C4 must be either 4 or 6.
