Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The number in the top left corner of a cage indicates the value of its cell.
Each cell is exactly one of four modifier types (doubler, tripler, hot, pseudo). For any given type, there is one cell of that type in each row, column, and 2x2 box. No two cells of the same type contain the same digit.
The value of a doubler cell counts as double its digit.
The value of a tripler cell counts as triple its digit.
The value of a hot cell is one more than its digit.
The value of a pseudo cell is equal to its box number.
Solution code: Row 1 + row 2 (8 digits, no spaces)

I was very confused until I realized I had misread what a pseudo cell is. Nice puzzle.
