Foggy Tug Boat

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits along a grey Arrow line sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits may repeat along arrows if allowed by other rules.
Adjacent digits along an orange Dutch Whisper line must differ by at least 4.
Box borders divide the blue Region Sum line into segments with the same sum.
Cells joined by an X sum to 10. Cells joined by a V sum to 5.
Digits in cells joined by a white dot are consecutive.
Not all Xs, Vs or dots are given.
Parts of the grid are covered in fog. Placing correct digits may clear some fog somewhere in the grid.

I was pleasantly surprised how restricted the tug boats ended up being!

I really enjoyed this one. Clever construction and great use of dynamic fog. 1 Star is very accurate.

This was pretty fun. The one thing I don't really like is when you put a correct figure it doesn't clear even that cell. Immediately makes you think you've made a mistake.
