A similar yet different kind of tricky to meta renbans. Took me the better part of an hour, but it was a very fun solve all the way through!

Appropriately you can use meta knowledge of the setter to find your way through. Solve enough puzzles of his and you begin to develop a "marty" sense.

Super fun!

Wow what an interesting break in! Not sure if meta puzzles are another Marty original, but if this is the first it's a really, really clever intro to a new type of puzzle! I think it's a 3 star break in for me followed by a 2 star solve. Really fun as always!
Marty: thanks David, glad you enjoyed! There have been quite a few 'meta renban' puzzles floating around recently, so this was my spin-off of those. I haven't seen anyone else do a meta nabner puzzle yet

Very nice puzzle. The elimination marathon almost broke me. Thanks Marty!

Very nice puzzle, and not too hard, once you figure out the break-in. Very Marty-esque.

Excellent puzzle! Started to think I was never going to break in, but then it was very smooth from there. I have to say, the break in makes this worthy of 3 or 4 stars difficulty to me!

Wow! Another great puzzle Marty! Thanks!

Took me a while to get past 'uh what? how?'. But after that it was very smooth sailing. Not too hard once you get going.

Thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish! A break-in that requires a bit of mulling over the state of the grid and the meta rule (that felt quite reminiscent of some of your pick up sticks puzzles), followed by a sequence of very satisfying deductions that play with how nabner totals work in all sorts of ways. What's the next meta-constraint, Marty? Surely there's a series in this idea...

Very enjoyable puzzle - I loved the way the number of Nabner lines made you realise what each of the totals had to be. Then it was just a question of where they were: very handy having the notepad too!

I had to do some arithmetic exercise before starting to solve this fantastic puzzle… Thank you very much for creating and sharing this lovely math gem.

I don’t know why I’m still amazed at how nicely you integrate and weave the sudoku logic with the other constraint logic. A wonderful construction

Very nice puzzle with nice logic from start to finish, especially the opening something you would expect from marty.

Thank you for this fantastic puzzle, Marty! As I love Nabner lines, I loved this twice as much. And the flow is just elegant. Brilliant construction!
