Triple Threat

Rules: Normal sudoku rules apply. Each circle in the puzzle contains a two-digit number and simultaneously acts as: an arrow circle, a quadruple clue, and a killer cage total.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle.
Quadruples: Each digit shown in a circle must appear in one of the four surrounding cells.
Killer cages: Digits in a cage sum to the number in the circle in its top-left corner.

This is so clever, oh wow. Killer cage and arrows is a neat combo by themselves, but managing to add quads to it? Incredible.

I thought I had missed something based on the amount of math I had to do, but looking at the comments maybe I didn't.
This made me spend a lot of time trying to find something that really wasn't there so not the most enjoyable for me. YMMV.

easy for experts, challenge for beginners --> level 2.
~1/2 h for intermediate --> level 2.
basic sudoku + basic arithmetic + elbow grease --> level 2.
basic early calculation: 45 - 14x3 = 3
