It's been a while, figured I'd make a little puzzle—an homage to my debut :p

Rules :
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
Digits in cages sum to the digit in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may repeat in a cage.

Colored Lines: Chartreuse lines are either all entropic constancy lines or all modular constancy lines. This same property is true for salmon lines and orchid lines.

Digits on an entropic constancy line must be all low, middle, or high digits ({1,2,3}, {4,5,6}, or {7,8,9}).
All digits on a modular constancy line have the same remainder when divided by 3 ({1,4,7}, {2,4,8}, or {3,6,9}).
