Clock Faces Mini Puzzles

Clock Faces has become one of my favorite variants recently. I decided to make a Clock Faces Guide to help learn the variant, and it will be publicly available in all of my puzzles. The document also includes these four Mini Puzzles to showcase each of the logic. Hope you enjoy solving the puzzles, and if you like it, check out my other Clock Faces Puzzles!
Rules:
Fill the grid with the digits 1-9 without repeats.
Clock Faces: Four digits around a circle are placed in an increasing order starting from one of the four cells and going clockwise (white circle) or going anticlockwise (black circle). Four digits around a red circle must not be placed in an increasing order clockwise or anticlockwise.
Sum Dots: Digits separated by a brown diamond must sum to the given total.
Ratio Pairs: Digits separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.
Ratio Lines: Adjacent digits along a gold line, one of them is a multiple of the other.
Dutch Whispers: Adjacent digits along an orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
