Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along a green line sum to a number obtained as a concatenation of two instances of the circled digit on the line. The sum does not include the circled digit.
In the finished grid, each 2x2 square of cells has to contain at least one low digit (1/2/3), one middle digit (4/5/6), and one high digit (7/8/9) [Global entropy].

I do not understand the rule about the green line
-----
ND: If there is a 1 in a circle, then the digits on the line sum to 11. If there is a 2 in a circle, then the digits on the line sum to 22. And so on...
----
Thank you for the example. Once you understand the rule, it is a great puzzle with a smooth solve :)

ND: Glad you liked it!

13. 13 friggin’ digits I placed before remembering about the global constraint. Thir-teen. The way I facepalmed when I realized WHY the puzzle was being so difficult. Read the rules, boys and girls and everyone else!
-----
ND: I think everybody can relate! Thank you for solving.

Very nice puzzle and not too hard if you are familiar with the global entropy constraint. Lots of fun, thank you!

ND: You are welcome!
