Split Points (by gdc?)

This year I participated in the Secret Impostor event by Scojo. It is a 2 week setting challenge where everyone set a puzzle in their own style in week 1 and then randomly got assigned another participant to impersonate in week 2.
The puzzle here is either by me (representing myself) or by my assigned impostor lmdemasi (copying me). You can find the other half of the pairing here: Quantum Balance (by gdc?). Feel free to speculate in the comments how real they feel but please don't spoil anything (especially if you were in the event).
Equal Split Lines: Dots split lines into segments with equal sums. Values may repeat on lines but not on segments.
Hit points: Values outside the grid are hit points clues. Hit points give the sum of all cells that contain a digit equal to the distance of that cell from that clue in the row or column.

More About The Secret Impostor Event
There were 49 puzzle makers that participated in the event. My Impostor got assigned to me randomly from the other 48. The impostor had 1 week to figure out my style and make their puzzle feel real solely based on my LMD catalog. The order of the 2 puzzles is randomized and I won't reveal which is real.
Thanks to Scojo, Hatgurl and the testers (CalvinBall, NEWS, fahmisack) for making this work. Just like last year, it was incredibly fun and really makes you appreciate the nuances of other peoples styles.
