In celebration of Dot Day 2025, this puzzle is party guy.
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The face, nose, mouth and frame edges are parity lines. Digits must alternate parity between going along the line.
The circles for eyes are odd.
The nose tip is a maximum, meaning it must be greater than all of its orthogonal neighbours.
The white dots separate digits with a difference of 1.
The black dots separate digits with a ratio of 1:2.
The mouth adds up to 15, and the bottom cage adds to 9.
Finally, the bottom left of box 3 is a friendly cell.
