This is a revised version of my very first sudoku creation, and I pared down the rules significantly in this version. I think it's a much more enjoyable puzzle now, but definitely still has some tricky deductions. Please enjoy!

Rules:
Normal 9x9 sudoku rules apply.
(Place each digit from 1-9 once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.)

Three adjacent columns of cells are row indexers.
(A digit X in row Y within these columns would place digit Y within row X of that column.)

Three adjacent rows of cells are column indexers.
(A digit X in column Y within these rows would place digit Y within column X of that row.)

'At least three adjacent cells in each columns are row indexers'....

'At least three adjacent cells in each rows are column indexers'....

'Adjacent columns of cells' refers to all cells within that column

I'm not sure what the problem is? Three full columns of cells are row indexers and three full rows of cells are column indexers. You claimed a solve, so I don't understand the problem with the way I worded the rules.

I thought that was very interesting, straightforward but still a little bit tricky. Goodliffing helped quite a lot. Thanks!
