The rules:

Normal sudoku rules do NOT apply

Normal Schrodinger Sudoku rules apply: Fill the grid with the digits 0-9 such that no digit repeats in a row, column, or box.

S-cells: In each row, column, and box there is exactly one S-cell, S-cells contain two digits instead of one, and their value for the purpose of other clues is the sum of the values of those digits.

I forget what 8 was for: Every 8 in the grid has a different value from 0-9, and none of them have a value of 8. i.e. one 8 has a value of 0, one 8 has a value of 1, one 8 has a value of 9, etc

Region Sum Lines: Blue lines are split into segments by box borders. Each segment on a line sums to the same value. If a line has multiple segments in the same box, each segment is treated individually. Different lines may have different sums.

X-sums: Numbers outside the grid give the sum of the first X values in the corresponding row or column, where X is the value closest to the clue.

***How do large clues work???***
If the closest value is larger than 9, then the X-sum wraps back to the first value again.
e.g. If the row reads 83291506(47), with the 8's value being 6, then from the left, the x-sum takes the first 6 cells, which sum to 6+3+2+9+1+5=26.
From the right, the x-sum takes 11 cells. The first 9 cells sum to 43, the clue wraps, takes two more cells which sum to 17, so the x-sum from the right is 43+17=60.
