The sequel to
The Popular Pond. A few new tricks have been added to the mix. Huge thanks to

Rules:
Anglers:
From each clue outside the grid, draw a path which begins in the nearest cell of the grid and then travels orthogonally from cell to cell until arriving at a fish.
From each clue on a grey island cell, draw a path which begins in one of the two white cells orthogonally adjacent to the clue (which of the two cells is used is to be determined by the solver) and then travels orthogonally from cell to cell until arriving at a fish.
All empty cells (island cells are not empty) must be used by a path. Paths may not cross themselves, each other, fish or island cells. A number at the beginning of a path indicates how many cells in the grid the path occupies, including the cell with the fish. A ? clue is a path of any number of cells. E and O clues indicate paths of even and odd lengths, respectively. >N or <N clues indicate paths of lengths greater than or less than N, respectively. One segment of a path has been provided in the grid (which clue it belongs to is to be determined by the solver).
Whose Line is it Anyway?:
To avoid confusion among the anglers, no two fishing lines of the same length may touch. This includes both orthogonal and diagonal touching.
Answer Check:
For each ? clue, fill each cell along the corresponding path with the digit equal to the length of the path. If the length is a double digit number, fill the cells with the one's digit of the length.
