Puzzle
This puzzle was set for Isaiah's Imposter Prompt on Discord.
SamuPiano drew me and created this Dutch Flat Mates: Up to N puzzle, and by happy co-incidence I drew Samu in return, and decided to see what I could do with Samu's signature 'Split Pea Lines' in combination with Marty's 'Pick Up Sticks' series, which was pretty new at the time of setting my puzzle.

Initial Setter Difficulty: 2.5-3 / 5
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Place the digits 1-9 so that they do not repeat in any row, column, or 3x3 box.
Split Pea Lines
The sum of the digits on a green stick between two circles is equal to a concatenation of the digits in the circles, in some order. For example, 3-346-1 could be a valid split pea line, since 3+4+6=13, which is a concatenation of 3 and 1..
Pick Up Sticks
A stick always has a lower total (the sum of its digits) than any stick which lies on top of it. The sticks don't include the value of the circles.
Solution code: Digits from Row 9 (left to right)

This felt perfectly at home in the pick-up stick series. Hadn‘t I known that it wasn‘t by Marty Sears, you‘d have fooled me. Thanks for sharing.

This was delightful and not so difficult! A very pleasant solve all around :)
