Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along the marked diagonal must not repeat.
Digits in the two marked extra regions must not repeat and must form Magic Squares (i.e. every row, column, and main diagonal sums to the same number).
Digits along red parity lines must alternate between even and odd.
Digits in a cage must not repeat.

Really loved this puzzle, lots of fun geometry to be found. The offset magic square felt quite novel, as well.
