Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply:
Place the digits 1 to 9 once in each row, column, and 3x3-box.
Arrow:
Numbers along an arrow sum to the number shown in the circled cells. Every arrow has a unique color.
Dynamic Fog of War:
The grid is partially covered in fog. Entering correct digits may clear fog somewhere in the grid. No guessing is required.

Enjoyable puzzle, but the instructions are wrong IMO. Every arrow does not have an unique colour: I don't want to put a spoiler on here so will not say more.
