Sudoku Rules:
Every row, column, and 3×3 box must contain the digits 1–9 exactly once.
Jelly Worm Rules:
Each worm must be filled with digits in strictly increasing order, starting from the head (circle) and ending at the tail.
Yellow worms may contain only prime digits and green worms may contain only composite digits.

My brain kept trying to say the head was higher, and it was decreasing toward the tail, so that kept messing me up. Time of 28:36.

I missed that there was a target time, so I had fun coloring the whole puzzle as I went along (I used purple for 1 and the worm colors for prime/composite). My time was 5:44, solver number 31.
