I always challenged myself to create a puzzle with two of the constraints that felt difficult to set. And yet here we are with this puzzle.
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Digits in columns 1, 5, and 9 index the column locations of digits 1, 5, and 9, respectively, in each row.
3. Clues outside the grid indicate the number of skyscrapers visible in that row or column, looking in that direction.
4. Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
Do have a go!

Good puzzle, but you need to include how skyscrapers are defined for anyone who hasn't encountered that rule before.
