Rules:

2. Little Killer: The arrow outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal.
3. Clone: The colored region must have the same exact digits in the same exact positions with the other colored region.
4. Comparison: The inequality symbol points to the lower digit.

Link didn't work, but I solved this one on my head. The link took me to a redirect to f puzzles rather than straight there and then f puzzles wasn't opening the on screen keyboard on my phone.
