Index Cards

(Published on 3. September 2025, 13:12 by lmdemasi)

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Black dots separate cells where one digit is double the other. White dots separate cells where digits are consecutive. Not all dots (of either colour) are given.

The grid contains a set of index cards. If a digit D on an index card is in position P in its sudoku box, then there must be a digit P on the same index card that is in position D in its sudoku box.

Positions in a sudoku box are labelled 1 to 9 in standard reading order.

Very fun and interesting variant! After the 6x6 practice the 9x9 was a very approachable 1* challenge

Great visuals! I really enjoyed this take on indexing! Had to keep reminding myself to ignore card positions and think about boxes.

Thanks!
