Normal sudoku rules apply. Arrows and double arrow rules have been modified, read carefully.
Digits on an orange arrow sum to a number that is less than the attached circle. The difference is one of the values 1-9. Each arrow has a unique difference value.
Digits on a blue line sum to a number that is less than the sum of the two end circles. The difference is the last unique value from 1-9. All blue lines have the same difference value.
Anti-consecutive constraint: Orthogonally connected cells are not consecutive.
Gray circles are odd numbers.
Every circle is a Counting Circle: Each number in a circle indicates how many times that number appears in a circle.

Very cool puzzle. The rules seemed a bit forbidding, but it turned out to be quite approachable and very smooth.
