The colored circles show the number of times each wire of the matching color needs to be cut. No wire may be less than 4 cells long once cut. Once cut, the rules of the wires listed below remain but now act as separate wires vice a continuous wire. Adjacent digits along a green German Whisper wire must differ by at least 5. Box borders divide the blue Region Sum wire into segments with the same sum. Different wires may have different sums. Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive.
