Slingshot Circle
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. If a digit N is placed at the tip of an arrow, then the circle attached to that arrow contains the same digit as the cell located exactly N steps away from the tip, in the direction the arrow is pointing.

Placing the first few digits was tough. The rest was very easy.
Perfect puzzle, in my opinion. Hoping the community would feel the same.
